Esther’s strong faith is reflected in her initiation of the Pambazuka Bible Study, a testament to her passion for community engagement.
With fluency in three languages, Esther effortlessly connects with diverse audiences. Her ability to communicate effectively has allowed her to engage with International College Students and Staff, speak to the women of The River Church, and successfully mentor aspiring and existing group home owners.
Esther provides targeted support to help group home owners transform their facilities from stressed and inefficient to professionally managed, high-performing organizations. She understands the unique challenges group home owners face. Her mission is to empower care providers with:

Esther lives in Michigan with her husband and is mama to two young kids.
